Over the past few years, I have led more than 70 trainings in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Bali, and Luxembourg, guiding over 2,000 people through transformative experiences. Companies from different industries trust my work because my trainings help people build resilience, unlock their potential, and create lasting results.

I am also the creator of Master The Failure - an event dedicated to honest conversations about challenges, setbacks, and growth. Because failure is not the opposite of success - it’s often the path that leads us there.

I’m also a co-founder of Womeno - a women’s health platform that supports women through perimenopause and menopause by connecting them with trusted specialists, educational resources, and personalized guidance.

Up to My 20s

My youth was spent searching for adventure. I grew up in Blagoevgrad, where sports were part of my life, but when my teenage years arrived, I began to immerse myself in nightlife, music, and parties. In my late twenties, I decided to follow my dream of traveling and left for Cyprus, where I graduated in Hotel Management and Tourism. While studying, to support myself and pay for my education, I started working in some of the most well-known bars and clubs on the island.

The Beginning of My 30s

It was like a dream come true. With friends, we opened a beach bar — Alcohol Lozenets Beach. In just three years, we turned it into one of the most successful clubs on the Black Sea coast. As the manager and co-owner of successful venues, my life was dynamic, fast-paced, and full of challenges. FTV parties, DJs from Miami and New York. After that came a piano bar and a sushi restaurant in Sofia. I was chasing success, working without rest, and living life to the max.

2008 -2010

Everything was running at full speed… until 2009 came around. I ran into the financial crisis and personal burnout. The financial crisis hit. Business slowed down, but expenses didn't. I tried to hold everything together, to save the project, to find a way out. For nearly a year, we fought to survive. But sometimes, no matter how hard you try, life has other plans. Our venue closed its doors. I found myself in debt. I was completely drained, emotionally and physically. And then came the hardest moment — my parents mortgaged their home for me, and I had to tell them. I was burned out, and I knew something had to change.

2010-2015

After the bankruptcy, I tried to lead a "normal life" — a nine-to-five office job, but I felt I couldn't adapt. Every new job made me feel more and more drained. I could feel my creativity fading, and I even started to lose confidence. I changed job after job, and something just wasn't working. That's when I began to take an interest in yoga, meditation, and personal development. I realized that I have an inner world, not just an outer one. And that's when I started to build a new, healthy relationship with myself — one I hadn't known until then. I began to hear my needs, to connect with the wisdom of my body, to listen to my intuition and my own voice.

2016

A period when my life turned 180 degrees once again. I broke up with my boyfriend, I was out of work, and I had nowhere to live. I had no idea where to head or what I was going to do with my life. I was approaching 40. Yoga was the lifeline I grabbed onto so I wouldn't sink. Every time I stepped onto the mat, I felt the chaos in my head quiet down. I could see the power of this practice, I could feel how it was changing me, how it was healing me.

2017

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! I left for Bali with the goal of completing a yoga teacher training, but fate led me to something completely unexpected and different — a Wim Hof Method seminar. The moment I immersed myself in the breathing practice and the ice-cold water, I knew this was something I had been searching for, for so long. That was the moment I felt the incredible capabilities of the body and mind. For me, the Wim Hof Method isn't just a technique, but a way of life - a tool for building inner strength, resilience, and a deep connection with yourself, your body, nature, and that invisible energy around us.

2018

While I was in Bali, I discovered something that turned my ideas of success and failure upside down - Fuckup Nights. That's when I said to myself: this needs to happen in Bulgaria too! And so I created the Master The Failure events. Events where people openly share about their "failures" and the lessons learned from them, because failure isn't the end - it's simply part of the journey of growth. But do you know what the most surprising thing was? It was therapy for me too. Speaking openly about my own failures gave me the strength to believe in myself again. Because the truth is simple: if you're not failing, then you're not playing boldly enough.

2021

After years of challenges, uncertainties, and moments when I asked myself whether I would make it, I finally became certified as a Wim Hof Method instructor. But this wasn't just a training. It was a deep transformation. I discovered the limits of my abilities and pushed past them. I experienced the power of the method on myself, and I understood one thing - every person needs to try this. This isn't just a technique. It's a way to cope with stress, to build resilience, to take back control of your body and mind. The moment you realize how much strength you carry within yourself, everything changes. Now I share these techniques with others, because I know that inner strength isn't something you're born with - it's built. It's in the way you breathe, in the decisions you make, in the actions you take. Every day is a choice. Either you stay in your comfort zone, or you stand up, take control, and start living on a different level.

2021

Realizing the power of breathing, my interest in this direction deepened. That's how I discovered Patrick McKeown, one of the best teachers in the world, and his Oxygen Advantage program - a system dedicated to functional breathing. Functional breathing is at the foundation of everything - from our energy levels to the quality of our sleep, from our ability to manage stress to the way we feel every day. I was impressed, and I still remain amazed at how simple yet extremely effective breathing practices can give a person back the sense of control over their life. How they can fill someone with energy, improve their sleep, reduce anxiety, and help them enjoy life with a new clarity and ease.

Nowadays

I continue to learn from the best teachers and experts in the world. My journey doesn't stop, because I believe that growth is endless. I work with thousands of people around the world - inspiring them to step out of their comfort zone, transform their lives, and unlock their true potential. My events help participants overcome their limitations, build inner strength, and unfold their potential. But despite all of this, I keep learning. I keep developing. Because I know that the better I get to know myself, the more I can give to others.
