Over the years, I’ve discovered that small changes in the way we breathe can lead to powerful transformations. That’s why I created this 6-week online program - to help you learn and apply science-backed breathing techniques that truly work. We’ll work in a small group of up to 10 people, allowing me to give personal attention to every participant.

The online program is limited to a small group of up to 10 participants per session. At the beginning, we’ll conduct assessments to evaluate your breathing patterns, after which I’ll create a personalized plan for each participant.
We’ll meet for online sessions where we’ll learn and practice together. You’ll be able to ask your questions and receive real-time feedback.
